Ovo empanado (Coated egg)

 

ENGLISH 
Ingredients:es:
Dough:
1 cup of home-made chicken broth
1 tablespoon of oil
1 coffeespoon of salt
1 dash of black pepper
1 cup of all purpose flour
Filling:
10 boiled eggs
For coating and deep-frying:
1 egg 
1 tablespoon of mik
1 dash of salt and pepper
breadcrumbs
oil
Preparation: 
Dough:
1. Put two cups of chicken broth in a pan.
Add the oil, salt, a dash of pepper and bring it to boil.
3. Add the flour and mix well with a wooden spoon until the dough is smooth and loosens from the bottom of the pan.
4. Put the dough on a plate and let it cool down for 5-10 minutes.
5. Take a tablespoon of dough and flatten it in your palm.
6. Put a boiled egg in the middle of the dough and roll it into an oval shape.
For coating and deep-frying:
1. Beat an egg in a bowl and add a tablespoon of milk, a dash of salt and pepper. 
2. Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl. 
3. Dip the eggs in the egg and then coat them in the breadcrumbs.
4. Deep-fry the eggs in hot oil until golden brown all over.
5. Put the eggs on a paper towel.
6. Serve the eggs immediately.
