| Dough: |
| 1 cup of home-made chicken broth |
| 1 tablespoon of oil |
| 1 coffeespoon of salt |
| 1 dash of black pepper |
| 1 cup of all purpose flour |
| Filling: |
| 10 boiled eggs |
| For coating and deep-frying: |
| 1 egg |
| 1 tablespoon of mik |
| 1 dash of salt and pepper |
| breadcrumbs |
| oil |
| Preparation: |
| Dough: |
| 1. Put two cups of chicken broth in a pan. |
| Add the oil, salt, a dash of pepper and bring it to boil. |
| 3. Add the flour and mix well with a wooden spoon until the dough is smooth and loosens from the bottom of the pan. |
| 4. Put the dough on a plate and let it cool down for 5-10 minutes. |
| 5. Take a tablespoon of dough and flatten it in your palm. |
| 6. Put a boiled egg in the middle of the dough and roll it into an oval shape. |
| For coating and deep-frying: |
| 1. Beat an egg in a bowl and add a tablespoon of milk, a dash of salt and pepper. |
| 2. Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl. |
| 3. Dip the eggs in the egg and then coat them in the breadcrumbs. |
| 4. Deep-fry the eggs in hot oil until golden brown all over. |
| 5. Put the eggs on a paper towel. |
| 6. Serve the eggs immediately. |
