Ingredients: |

1 glass of milk |
|
4-6 slices of crustless toast bread
|
|
1 beaten egg |
|
3 tablespoons of
oil for pan-frying |
|
sugar and cinnamon to taste |

Preparation: |

1.
Dip the slices of bread (one by one)
quickly in the milk. |
|
2.
Dip the slices of bread in the beaten
egg. |
|
3.
Pan-fry the slices of bread on
both sides in a non-stick frying pan
until golden brown. |
|
4.
Put
the French toast
on a paper towel. |
|
5.
Sprinkle the French
toast with sugar
and cinnamon to
taste. |
|
6.
Serve the French toast
immediately. |
