Rabanada (French Toast)

 

ENGLISH
Ingredients:
1 glass of milk
4-6 slices of crustless toast bread
1 beaten egg
3 tablespoons of oil for pan-frying
sugar and cinnamon to taste
Preparation:
1. Dip the slices of bread (one by one) quickly in the milk.
2. Dip the slices of bread in the beaten egg.
3. Pan-fry the slices of bread on both sides in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown.
4. Put the French toast on a paper towel.
5. Sprinkle the French toast with sugar and cinnamon to taste.
6. Serve the French toast immediately.
