Ingredients: |

4 pork chops |

garlic |

finely chopped
parley |

some drops of lemon juice |

salt and ground black
pepper to taste |

oil for pan-frying |

Preparation: |

1. Put the pork chops in a bowl.
|

2. Season the pork chops with garlic,
parsley, lemon, salt and ground black
pepper to taste. |

3. Cover the bowl with a plastic film.
|
|
4. Put the bowl
in the fridge for 1 hour or longer. |
|
5.
Pan-fry the
pork chops in hot oil until golden brown/done. |
|
6. Put the pork chops on a plate and
serve. |
