Frango assado (Grilled chicken)

Ingredients:
1chicken cut into pieces
1-2 clove(s) of crushed garlic
1 bay leaf
finely chopped parley
some drops of lemon juice
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Rinse the chicken and dry it with a paper towel.
2. Put the chicken in a bowl and season it with garlic, bay leaf, parsley, lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cover the bowl with a plastic film.
4. Put the bowl in the fridge for 1 hour or longer.
5. Put the chicken on a baking dish greased with oil.
6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake the chicken in heated oven (350 F) for 30 minutes.
7. Remove the aluminum foil from the baking dish and bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Serve it hot.
