Farofa ("Farofa")

 

ENGLISH
Ingredients:
2-3 tablespoons of oil or butter
1 chopped onion
250 g. of chopped bacon
1 package of toasted manioc flour (500 g)
chopped parsley and spring onion
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Sauté the onion and bacon in hot oil.
2. Add the flour bit by bit, all the seasonings and stir-fry well.
3. Put the "farofa" on a plate and serve it.
