Ingredients: |

potatoes |
|
1 can of tuna (185 g.) |
|
1
cup of
mayonnaise |
|
1
tablespoon of
olive oil (optional) |
|
finely chopped spring
onion and parsley (optional) |
|
lemon juice (optional) |
|
salt and black pepper to taste |
|
Preparation: |
|
1. Rinse the potatoes
and cook them in
water and salt. |
|
2. Peel the cooked
potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
|
|
3. Put the potatoes in a
bowl and add the previously drained
tuna. |
|
4. Add the
mayonnaise,
the oil, the onion, the parsley, the
lemon juice, salt
and pepper to taste. |
|
5.
Mix all ingredients
well, cover the bowl with a plastic film
and keep the bowl in the fridge until
serving. |
