Salada mista (Mixed vegetable salad)

 

ENGLISH
Ingredients:
4-5 potatoes
2 carrots
100-150gr of green beans
2 cups of cauliflower
olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Rinse the potatoes and cook them in water and salt.
2. Peel the carrots, cut them into slices and cook them in water and salt.
3. Rinse the green beans, cut them into pieces and cook them in water and salt.
4. Cook the cauliflower florets in water and salt.
5. Once all vegetables are cooked, drain the water off: allow them to cool down and save them for later. 
6. Peel the cooked potatoes and cut them into pieces.
7. Put all the cooked vegetables in a bowl.
8. Season the mixed salad with oil, the onion, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
