Ingredients: |

4-5
potatoes |

2 carrots |
|
100-150gr
of
green beans |
|
2
cups of
cauliflower |
|
olive oil, vinegar, salt and black
pepper to taste |

Preparation: |
|
1. Rinse the potatoes
and cook them in
water and salt. |
|
2. Peel the carrots, cut
them into slices and
cook them in
water and salt. |
|
3. Rinse the green
beans, cut them into pieces and cook
them in water and
salt. |
|
4. Cook the cauliflower
florets in water
and salt. |
|
5. Once all vegetables
are cooked, drain the water
off: allow them
to cool down and save them for later.
|
|
6. Peel the cooked
potatoes and cut them into pieces.
|
|
7. Put all the cooked
vegetables in a bowl. |
|
8. Season the mixed salad with
oil, the onion, vinegar, salt
and pepper to taste. |
